Born from a passion for transformation
Revive and Rewind began as a vision to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and the deeply personal nature of aesthetic care. Our founder, a board-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine, saw too many patients leaving appointments feeling like a number rather than a person.
We built something different — a boutique medical spa where every treatment plan is as unique as the person receiving it. Where your goals drive the conversation, and where results are measured not just in outcomes, but in confidence.

Co-Owner & Physician Assistant
Certified Physician Associate · 23 Years Experience · Advanced Injector
Kimberly has been a certified Physician Associate for over 23 years, and has been an Aesthetic Injector for over 12 years. She is considered an Advanced Injector by her peers.
Early in her career, she spent nearly ten years honing her surgical skills in Orthopedic Surgery before pursuing Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. Her aesthetic career started with a large Medical Spa chain in Northern California, where she learned the fundamentals of injectables and lasers.
She had the opportunity to train with Dr. Steve Yoelin for the launch of Juvederm Voluma, and ultimately became the lead injector in a Plastic Surgery practice for 6 years — where she found her true passion for injecting, teaching, and all things Aesthetic Medicine.
Kimberly is also the CEO and Founder of Upskill Aesthetics Training Academy, where she teaches RNs, NPs, PAs, and MDs the art and safety of aesthetic medicine. She prioritizes safety in Medical Aesthetics above all, and looks forward to continuing to provide excellence in Aesthetic Medicine as co-owner of Revive and Rewind.
